I’ll end (for now) with a fun post. When my son took U.S.
History at Natick High, I noticed some interesting material in his book and
sent the following question to his class:
Which election was this? The Democratic candidate, a former Senator
from Tennessee, won the popular vote, but in a highly controversial contest,
lost the Electoral vote to the son of a former President born in Massachusetts.
